2 meters. So 6 feet 6 inches.

I suggest just jumping. It's so easy, even at 7 feet, 3 inches wide. Also, stepping will most likely not give you the traction you need to hold on and, even if it does, just because your leg can reach the other side doesn't mean your arms will be able to. It sounds like more trouble than it's worth.
Let us know how the stepping thing is if you get it to work, though.

Haha will do Oti. I'm not sure if it will be easier but I figure it's worth trying for the "wow" factor. It will take me a while to get that flexible though lol

The Spider Flip is the only obstacle I've ever "replicated"
Basically, I measured 6 feet 6 feet out on the floor and I jumped from a wall and I made each time I tried.
I could never hold on after the jump though and that's really the main part of the obstacle (well besides climbing up).

I could've sworn I heard on VIKING that their jump was 10 feet. Can anyone confirm this? (I'll check my tapes if necessary)

(I'll check my tapes if necessary) According to the US announcers they said it was a 7 feet gap, Could anyone find a JET broadcast of a run on the Heartbreaker so we have the Japanese on screen graphics to see if it says 2 meters too? Because it doesn't look like it's really 4 inches farther away |

The Heartbreaker's gap was 2.2m, so yes the Spider Flip's gap is shorter.
