Paul A. Terek / Cliff Hanger - he'll never manage to get those 91 kilos past that thing
Yamada Katsumi/Warped Wall/ too much training - I think his brain needs a break
Nagano Makoto / Downhill Jump / Metal Spin / Flying Chute - I think he's got problems in grabbing a rope when moving at huge speed

Lets just use a singular They as a pronoun that won't specify gender. Except "they" isn't singular.

The chute is Nagano's rival. He said the chute was quite tough in 18, fails it in 19, and never had full confidence while doing it since then.

Katsumi Yamada: anything he encounters and/or loses on. "Superman": all obstacles Jump Hang and earlier People who act like they're going to do so well even though they have absolutely no chance of doing close to well but end up showing off at the starting line anyway: first obstacle(s)

Americans - Jumping Spider

Americans - Jumping Spider I'd say it'd be a different obstacle on stage 1 that happens to be after the jumping spider where a lot of tough competitors failed on. (Not Sasuke 23 forum)

Americans - Jumping Spider I wouldn't really say that. You could say the same thing about the All Stars, who (prior to 23) failed it on 6/25 attempts, whereas Americans would be 3/11. Actually, wait... if it's not just ANC competitors, then that would be 6/15. Okay, fair enough.
