He has failed the Warped Wall twice, but has failed the Cliff Hanger three times.

Shingo Yamamoto: Cliff Hanger (hasn't beaten it since 7) Shunsuke Nagasaki: Cliff Hanger (Only beaten it once, in 17) Yuji Washimi: Salmon Ladder (poor guy) Kenji Takahashi: Cliff Hanger (I'm sensing a pattern here)

He/she probably stopped due to the course redesign or because "it" was never good at the course anyway...

Lets just use a singular They as a pronoun that won't specify gender. I'm shocked they haven't tried Kunoichi, probably not allowed.
Anyways, back on topic. Nakata Daisuke: His wrists.

I think Kinnikun Nakiyama had problems with the spider walk in the 2nd stage a lot. Time really ate him up on that obstacle. Whatever happened to Kinnikun?

I think he quit when he couldn't keep up on the new course from 13 on.

Well, to revive it....
Lately, I think it's been Shingo Yamamoto vs. the Flying Chute - he's failed it twice now.

I also think that Daisuke Miyazaki is going to continue to have a rivalry with the Halfpipe Attack. He lost his balance on the landing platform his first attempt and had to take a second try to land on the platform this time.

Tomoya Haga vs Flying Chute. I don't know if TBS will feature him again but he's Muscle Musical so stands a fairly good chance.

Well, speaking of Shingo, I think I should probably call it more of a rivalry with the first stage itself (as of 18). The shin-SASUKE tournaments have not been kind to him in the least bit.

TBS makes a big deal over Nagano Makoto vs Metal Spin, even though he only failed there once.

I can see Yamada's failure coming from his way of practicing Jumping Spider.
At his home, he takes a HUGE run-up, which gives him a huge momentum. On the course, he can't do that.
If he practices at shorter distance, he might pass it next time.
