Why did they get rid of the Sky Walk after Sasuke 19 when nobody ever even got to try it? At least for the Sending Climber and the Final Ring, they were only modified relatively little and given somewhat altered names (Hang Climbing and Gliding Ring, respectively), making them still resemble their predeccessors pretty closely. For the Sky Walk, however, it was completely removed before anyone even got to attempt it. What gives?  |

What gives? bulls**t. Talk about a waste of thought for the lead designer of the sky walk. They probably thought "Daiini Stage" was too hard to have this fingers only obstacle. Raising the time limit 10 seconds was enough as it is. |

Well we saw it attempted in the Saske 21 trials atleast.

It was probably to make the stage easier, but that doesn't really make much sense since that obstacle is easy anyway. I'm actually of the opinion that the Swing Ladder takes longer to do.

I remember watching ninja warrior 20 (yeah before I saw the real show) and was suspicious of the obstacle icon on the right that comes 4th, it was obviously a ladder shaped icon. First Okuyama I thought was moving on to the skywalk and I was wrong to get excited about that. Then Levi makes it and I see they replaced the skywalk, wtf, I was waiting to finally see someone attempt it.
and on that one rider it looks like they do the obstacle backwards opposed to how it would have been done in sasuke 19. On Sasuke it was from right to left.

On Sasuke it was from right to left. Well you probably should have guessed it wasn't the Skywalk in 20, if you saw the G4 broadcast of 19 you'd know their sprite for the Skywalk was a 7 shape. And yeah, they did do it going the other way in the trials than in Sasuke, since in the trials you were going in a straight line going that way-> When in Sasuke you go the other way so you can get from the Stick Slider to the Metal Spin without the obstacle blocking the camera view. |
