And I'm not changing the age limit, this is for the younger competitors who don't have a chance to enter ANC. It's to help them train, help them grow, help them improve. Others can do it if they want, but they arn't a part of the actual competition. It would beunfair if I went against Ruselis or Rick Seedman or something, ya dig? I'd get stomped. Well why not make 20 the maximum age because thats a year short for ANC which fits into your rules. lol... Not to hate, but 19 pushups in 2 minutes??? 8 pullups at the end with no time limit? Dude, aren't you the one who claims he can beat the first 3 stages of sasuke? I'd expect around 100 pushups and 15-20 pullups... ROFL I guess you couldn't put your money where your mouth has been... Quite sad bro, quite pathetic in fact... (apologizes if I am mistaking you for someone else) Next contest, I suggest no age limits, just like the real sasuke... lol... Not to hate, but you're a douche. At least Rider isn't a sore loser. AND he takes home a silver medal. I'd rather loose fairly than win by default anyways. And think of it like this, I may have came second but japantv came next to last! XDXDXD

Ya, whatever... I'm just saying that the talk did not match the walk, at ALL... No excuses will change that...
For the next competition, you should include a dead hang, as that is a good test of grip strength, just make sure that the thickness of the bar is approx the same for everyone, or find a way to compensate with points...

Though Rider, I think you could've kept going on the pushups.
I didn't watch the vid, but unless you like.. rest with your knees it should've been okay.
If they just slightly touch it's not a reason to stop.

Yeah, But when I stopped to check I realized that counted as a stop so I had to get out of posistion.

So is there going to be a second one?
And damn, know what I just realized? You never said no momentum for pull ups! I could have done that.
Although I have to admit, resting in a dead hang was a bad idea, maybe I should have kept going and not just hung there.

Be scared Rider. I'm going to win this contest again, and there's nothing you can do about it haha. In all serious though, will the rules be the same, or will there be probably be new things such as dips or something that are incorporated as well? I'm just curious to know, so that I can prepare much ahead of time in an attempt to maximize my optimum level of performance. Also, I hope somebody else enters this time besides just me and Rider .

Yes, there'll be a second one. Probably in April. Hope I can get a video by then. Although I definitly need to work on my running endurance. EDIT: Even though I am training this stuff, I think it should be different just to keep the competitors on their toes. Oh wait, this is Sasuke, on their fingertips!

Not sure, also, obviously I'll be entering this time. I was supposed to last time but becase of weather and laziness I didn't. As for the dips... it's possible, I'll have to think about it. I'm just afraid it'll be too easy to cheat on those, and it's different for people depending on how far apart the bars are. As for situps, I didn't ever watch all of the result videos, how far up did you guys go?

"AND LAZINESS"!? XD
That's assuming people have a place to do dips. And know what dips are....
I forget how japantv did but I went as far forward as to where my knees were.

If you don't know what dips are, you have no future.

Do yo know what the word dip means?
That's like... a word people use everyday. I'll dip this pancake in syrup...
There's a reason why people call it "dip" when you're eating cihps.
Go look up what it means in a dictionary.
Because by that description it should be obvious. The first time I heard Dip used as a workout term I immediately knew what it meant.

I know what dipping something means but what the hell is the exercise? I mean it it between two platforms? Is it like pull-ups with some kind of different position (Like forwards bars instead of one sideways one)? Is it on the ground, And if yes is it just on the ground or do you use bars or something? and if yes do your legs touch the ground or not?

You're close. There are 2 parallel bars, one hand goes on each, and one is on each side of you.
And basically you go down (Dip down, hence the name) then you push yourself back up.
No, you don't touch the ground.

But at which height would those be?

Does it matter? As long as you don't touch the ground.

Well I don't know whether to go between my desk and office chair or stick my Iron Gym on the ground.
