So 23 has been out for over a week, what do you all think of it? How does it stack up against past tournaments?
For me, it was amazing. Essentially, the Shin-SASUKE version of SASUKE 12. Not sure yet if it is my #1 tournament, but it definitely is up there. I don't expect too many tournaments to have this level of success.
How does it rank for you?

It made me feel like when 24 rolls around it can't be topped and that's pretty special. Even though competition wise it had more success and surprises going than the classics (18 and 19 in my mind) it's the best one, besides the 2007 ones' sentimental value. But it was the most fun to watch so Top 3. Rather than make a thread, I'll rank it with all the others.

It's very close to my favorite but actually it goes back and forth. Top 5

It's up there with the classic.
And I'm talking about
1. 8 2. 12 3. 10 4. 17 5. 23
That's probably how my list goes, 18 goes in there somewhere I'm sure, and 22 was good with the rise of the new stars, aswell as 21 which i like to call The all-stars strike back.
19 aswell since it was so ground breaking...

I realized I really changed idea. 23 is definitely my favourite now that I compare it with 17, wich comes right after.

Certainly one of my favorite tournaments overall and definitely my favorite of the Shin-Sasuke tournaments (so far, at least).

I voted maybe not my favorite, but in the top five. I'd easily have to put Sasuke 17 and Sasuke 8 above it, but it was a very good tournament IMO.

23 had so many good things:
It was a huge shock to see 16 people clear the first stage in Shin Sasuke. A few shocking Stage One fails made the course still seem difficult. Stage Two had 7 fails in a row and Yuuji's shocking fail, alot of drama Stage Three had the Cliff Hanger pwned, everyone beat it but Levi. Takeda and Okuyama were so close, Kongo almost had it, Two cleared Stage Four proved it was harder than some thought.

23 is up there with 12,8, 17, and 4. Unless another tournament comes around.
PS: How could you guys forget 4!
