For people that have watched more Sportsman than I have: {Spoiler}Is 12m20cm that hard of a distance? I feel like I've seen people get much better than that, although those are probably from professional athletes. In theory, it shouldn't be terribly difficult considering it's 13 yards and Mandy's just 180 pounds. But keep in mind he's actually the heaviest guy there (Takahata is just 2kg lighter which is why he got to the finals with him) and is more renowned for his strength events than speed. Sano's likely going to beat him 9 times out of 10 when an event is just down to speed and acceleration. I'd actually consider being a non-pro athlete a wash considering the only two pure athletes always tend to be the oldest competitors since this is a glorified Celeb Sportsman; if anything, I'd think a performer who has to dance and sing would have more stamina than an actor but Sano can get 20 boxes on the Monster Box so I'd argue he'd just might be a better athlete.

As a reminder, the records for all of these can still be found on the Japanese wiki. (Long live Kane Kosugi btw..)

Wish they had more older contestants. I was cheering Mori and Iketani more just to break of the monotony of domination by Mandy and Sano (especially since Mori won one of them).
