Wow apparently people from outside china are welcome to participate, that's what the last part says. Though it would make sense to provide an English form along with that

They also have a SASUKE'd version of Wipeout, where it's exact Wipeout obstacles but if you fall in you are out It was awesome! xD Women take the red path and men take the blue path

Those are the ones I posted earlier. Anyways, after watching the first 2 episodes of X Warrior, here's my personal review: - Some pretty solid competitors actually, including 2 Olympic Gold Medalists in Gymnastics - ANW Ripoff or not, the stage is constructed pretty solidly actually. - The Buzzer and all crowd sounds are added in post production - Some competitors are running to a nearly non-existent crowd, which becomes hilarious when they cut shots of a completely full (and 80%+ female) crowd - Each obstacle has it's own musical track, which would be cool, if they were cut in badly, and just atrocious choices. The Rolling Escargot Theme sounds like a some 80's MIDI track dug up from the depths of hell. - The lack of any timer or indication of relative results is strange. I have no idea how many clears there are, or how many qualifying rounds they're going to have. - There was a decent amount of foreigners actually. Probably 5-10 per episode. {Spoiler}Congrats on Brent for clearing the course! Kacy did surprisingly well too. She failed the 3 attempts at the Warped wall, but still had better technique than 95% of the other competitors. Also, they had two competitors dressed as Mario & Luigi, and dubbed in Mario music and Mario jump/death soundeffects. It was pretty funny If you're itching for some new Sasuke in the future, I'd recommend this. Not up to Japanese Sasuke or even Sasuke Vietnam by any means, still enjoyable. In some aspects better than ANW

I am looking forward to next stages. So far it looks crazy and the issues with crowd will get better over next tournaments. First Sasuke wasn't so amazing neither. The worst is probably it doesn't show remaining time. If it is not licensed, it shouldn't be banned. Until it will grow larger then original Sasuke, it is good advertisement even they don't pay anything.

I'm guessing that show's fake. If there's no proof then it's not true. It could be a low-key rebroadcast, but who knows. Someone with the ability to translate Chinese sites might be able to find something. On a semi-related note, is anyone able to identify THIS SHOW (15 Episodes), airing on the same channel as this alleged Sasuke China Funny thing is I was just watching this. Doesn't look easy, but quite entertaining.

If you see some competitors comes from 勇者大冲关 to X-Warrior you definitely know both shows is linked by telling that it was taped at the same place and the same sponsor. FYI, if competitors complete all 8 obstacles from 勇者大冲关, they get a chance to be on X-Warrior by getting a green card which was mentioned in the broadcast.

In the aerial shots of Ep 1-3, you could see that the Arena was literally next door to the X-Warrior course.

They even have people who competed in other ninja warrior shows like that guy Toby who was on ninja warrior UK. But I wonder is that the whole show they have people who run on a six obstacle course if they complete it do they move on to something else?

I think they will, but it will take a VERY long time to air. In the translation they said they did over 20 qualifiers, and so far the pace has been 3 episodes per city. I really HOPE it doesn't take over a year to reach the finals, but it might.

If they did ANW6 Venice course, then ANW6 Dallas course. I can't wait to see the chinese knockoff ANW6 St. Louis course Which already was somewhat funny if you knew that they kept the Bridge of Blades in the + by having a guy standing there and holding it in place until someone steps on it

I'm pretty sure the original thread creator can edit the subject titles but we also need a mod because a) I'm sorry but the person producing SASUKE in Japan has clearly said that this is in no way related to SASUKE so it should be out of the title of this thread and if so b) this really should be moved to the Other Obstacle Course forum. (And if someone can take out that little add-on in Wikipedia that led to the discovery of this show, that'd be great too.)

(And if someone can take out that little add-on in Wikipedia that led to the discovery of this show, that'd be great too.) Agreed. I've changed the title of the thread appropriately. And I agree, this can be moved to "Other Shows". As for Wikipedia, the show is tangentially related, and in that sense I don't think it should be deleted. Instead, I have updated it more accordingly: China[edit] An unlicensed Chinese edition, 极限勇士 (China: X Warrior), started on June 9, 2015 on Jiangsu TV. While the show contains courses directly based on American Ninja Warrior 6 and follows a similar structure, the version is unofficial and not directly related to Sasuke.
