Oh yeah happy birthday Yamada-san (even though over there it's the 23rd already)
Oh and if you're looking for the first time anyone beat the SASUKE first stage with so much time you had no idea what to do with, here's Shingo with 29 seconds! XD

Shingo has more fan girls than any other all star. Nah... Nagano does hands down. Especially if you count SRW!

Kazuma Asa has shed 10x more tears than all other Sasuke competitors, and their spouses, combined.

Shingo is the only all star who's never attempted the Rope Reverse or the Reverse Fly

because that was the one time he failed the jump hang... that's one of the rare obstacles that's gotten every all star wet.

This one is sorta fact and opinion...
Shingo has had the wackiest fails on the Spin Bridge.

hate to add this so late but after looking 5 times I come to the realization that Yamada (Mr. SASUKE) whenever he's cleared the first stage HE does it ALWAYS with less than 10 seconds (unless SASUKE 2 shows otherwise since he was all cut). His best first stage time was 9.3 seconds in SASUKE 6. I swear if I'm wrong I should be ashamed of myself...

I don't always post Random Sasuke Facts, but when I do I (usually) post them in bulk 1. The biggest gap from one All-Stars appearance to another is held by Bunpei Shiratori who did not compete for nine tourneys in a row. Sasuke 21 and 30. 2. Everytime Shunsuke Nagasaki, Takayuki Kawashima, and Lee En-Chih fail Stage 3 it is on the Cliffhanger and when they didn't beat the cliffhanger they beat the stage. 3. David Campbell owns the record for most amount of time left at the end of the first stage with 44.32 seconds left made in Sasuke 27 4. Kaneko Yousuke holds the record for most amount of time left at the end of the first stage for a Japanese competitor with 34.84 seconds left. Asa Kazuma holds the time record for most amount of time left at the end of the first stage for a Japanese competitor with 35.55 seconds left. 5. In Sasuke 26 more Americans than Japanese competitors cleared the first stage with 5 Americans and only 4 Japanese. (also 1 Taiwanese) 6. Sasuke 29 was the first competition since Sasuke 13 to not feature an American competitor. Sasuke 14, 15, 16 featured the Hamm(sandwich) brothers. Sasuke 17 featured Paul Terek. Sasuke 18 featured Jacob Jones. Sasuke 19 featured Brett Sims and Colin Bell. Sasuke 20 had Brett Sims, Brian Orosco, and Levi Meeuwenberg. Sasuke 21 had *barfs* Olivia Munn *end barfs*, Luci Romberg, Kevin Pereira, Mark Witmer, Brian Orosco, and Levi Meeuwenberg. Sasuke 22 had Bobby Ologun, *barfs* Olivia Munn *end barfs and mutters that this joke is getting old*, David Campbell, Luci Romberg, Levi Meeuwenberg, and Paul Terek. Sasuke 23 had *mutters that this is lots of typing that I don't think anyone is reading* Rick Huelga, Joop Katana, Shane Daniels, Geoff Iida, Caine Sinclair, Richard King, Paul Darnell, Travis Furlanic, Brian Orosco, and Levi Meeuwenberg. Sasuke 24 gladly only had one American with Paul Terek. Sasuke 25 had Levi Meeuwenberg, Brian Orosco, and Richard King. Sasuke 26 had *NO NOT AGAIN* Adam Laplante, Patrick Cusic, Paul Kasemir, Adam Truesdell, Evan Dollard, Brent Steffensen, Travis Furlanic, Shane Daniels, David Campbell, and Brian Orosco. Sasuke 27 had *you can do this Peyton you can do this* Jacob Smith, Drew Drechsel, James McGrath, Travis Rosen, Ryan Stratis, David Rodriguez, Travis Furlanic, Brent Steffensen, Paul Kasemir, and David Campbell. Lastly Sasuke 28 had Joe Lobeck and Will Dodd who were both cut . *It's over it is finally over*. I could probably make a rap out of all those names like the PokeRap

4. Kaneko Yousuke holds the record for most amount of time left at the end of the first stage for a Japanese competitor with 34.84 seconds left.
Asa set a new record in SASUKE 30 with 35.55 seconds left

Nah... Nagano does hands down. Especially if you count SRW! but then you remember I'm here as Shingo's fangirl! XD But all that aside. Just thought of one. Every all star that IS champion or would be later on have failed the metal spin once. Akiyama in 16 and Nagano in 15 (hence why I said would be later on)

The only reason I didn't notice it was because I knew a Japanese competitor beat the time in Sasuke 27 and when I found the Kaneko one I totally forgot to check the other times. Totally my bad and it is fixed now. Thank you for pointing that out Erwin.

I'm amazed nobody's posted this yet, but...
Rather bizarrely, Yamada never attempted the Nesherita Kabe; the only All-Star to not attempt it.

Takeda is the only all star who's never failed the first obstacle of any of the first 3 stages The others: Akiyama: Godantobi (SASUKE 9) Nagano: Downhill jump (SASUKE 20) Shingo: Rumbling dice (SASUKE 9), Arm rings (SASUKE 23) Shiratori: Downhill jump (SASUKE 21) Yamada: Spider Walk (SASUKE 2)
Nagano is the only all star who's never timed out on the last obstacle in stages 1 & 2 The others: Akiyama: Wall Lifting (sasuke 2-3) Takeda: Rope Climb (SASUKE 7), Rope Ladder (SASUKE 20) Shiratori: Wall lifting (SASUkE 11) Yamada: Rope Climb (SASUKE 7/8), Wall Lifting (SASUKE 9), Rope Ladder (SASUKE 18) Shingo: Rope Climb (SASUKE 8/10), Wall Lifting (SASUKE 13)

Also The numbers that were given to Hitoshi Kanno, Yuuji Urushihara, and Shingo Yamamoto were interchanged between SASUKE 23 and 24.
Shingo had 93 in SASUKE 23 and 96 in SASUKE 24 Hitoshi had 96 in SASUKE 23 and 99 in SASUKE 24 Yuuji had 99 in SASUKE 23 and 93 in SASUKE 24
So Shingo got Kanno's number, Kanno got Yuuji's number, and Yuuji got Shingo's number in the span of one tournament!

3 of the last 4 tournaments (Sasuke 28 being the exception) has seen the same number of people fail the Second Stage (17). Coincidentally that same number failed the Second Stage in Sasuke 1

Every champion has only passed 2 versions of the cliffhanger each (so far)
Akiyama: Passed Straight Cliffhanger and Cliffhanger Kai Nagano: Passed Cliffhanger Kai and Shin Cliffhanger, Failed Ultimate Cliffhanger Urushihara: Passed Shin, Cliffhanger and Ultimate Cliffhanger, Failed Crazy Cliffhanger
