Gentle reminder to those who want results asap. Finals start tonight. If we find out stuff then it will be posted here. DO NOT HOUND PEOPLE FOR RESULTS. The NDA is no joke and the fact that we get anything at all is courtesy as fans and not a requirement. All results will be considered rumor until the broadcast so some information may conflict. Be wary of that from now on. If anyone wanted to avoid all spoilers this is your warning. Finals are tonight!

Per Matt Iseman's tweet that I'm too tired to post here, the Ascending Climb, Spider Flip, and Flying Bar are back.

Giant Cycle is also confirmed to return. And looks like we have a variation of the Rope Glider using two curtains instead of one rope

Looking at this one from before looks like the Roulette Cylinder is gone, been replaced by another obstacle using those Atomik holds they love this season

PM me if you know a way for me to get tickets.
I'd like to go to the 8pm taping tonight or tomorrow.

Heard that the ANW Final is rigged. Just saying what I've heard.
Edit by Final I meant the 4 stage course in Vegas.
And it could be all speculation.

I believe they've only taped stage 1 so far. Is there controversy already?

I believe they've only taped stage 1 so far. Is there controversy already? Correct, only Stage 1 has been ran so far, but they ran testers on the Final Stage already. I'm not sure what exactly is "rigged" about it though... Nah what's rigged is intentionally recreating one of the biggest obstacle mistakes in the series when it defaults to the proper position

A competitor known to have gone there said that the Buffets in LV are the only things not rigged in Vegas. Take that for what it's worth.
Edit: Could be pure speculation.

Pressured to finally have a winner? Ensuring it's not beaten on the first try?

Correct, only Stage 1 has been ran so far, but they ran testers on the Final Stage already. Yeah I saw the tester thing too, and saw they timed him at 48 seconds. My first thought was why do they need to test a rope climb at 5am in front of all the competitors? They could have tested the structural integrity during the day and without actually climbing it. Maybe they did it so they can adjust the time if someone does make it that far, but hopefully they'll stick with the 40 seconds.

YOU READY FOR SOME RESULTS? 19/2/0/0
1st stage was pretty tough, Curtain Slider took out vets like James & David. Clears include Strat, the rock climber trio, and Joe Moravsky.
2nd stage was a bloodbath. The Metal Spin's landing was the big killer. 2 made it out. Joe Moravsky & Elet Hall.
3rd stage: Nobody beat this. Joe Moravsky came closest, but he fell on the Hang Climb. Elet Hall failed the Doorknob Grasper.

Thanks for the info, Philip.
Do you have any more detail about why the Metal Spin landing was so difficult?
Although I'm sort of relieved with the results, I still can't wait to see David try ANW's Stage 3, and I'm now dreading ANW7. The Vegas pics had me thinking that A. Smith & Co. were watering down ANW6. Now I'm expecting A. Smith & Co. to have extra-long time-limits for Stages 1, 2, & 4, and extra-long picnic breaks in Stage 3 for ANW7.

Regardless of who failed stage 1, 19 clears is an amazing number. It shouldn't be watered down. As for 2 stage 2 clears.... well that's a problem. I'd have to see footage to give a true opinion. And unless someone like David, Brian A, or Paul K make it to stage 3, then well we won't have a winner.
