I'll let Rider post it, he put together a few comparison images.
it's not much of a difference.
If anything the notches before the final gap are spread out just a little more and that results in the final gap being shorter.
Either way, it used to be about 1 foot, now it's like 10 inches.

Okay, here's what I see: 18: Smaller first gaps, larger second-to-last gap, smaller final gap onto Stick Slider. 20: Larger first gaps, smaller second-to-last gap, larger final gap onto Stick Slider. And I really don't see any difference between 20 and 21, to tell you the truth.

The last gap is 1 or 2 inches lower, its not a major difference but this is subtle changes isn't it?
And it looks like the new rails to the Stick Slider are half an inch higher.

Salmon Ladder straight on from 21: (poor quality) Looks the same to me. The other pics are just camera angles. Also note how the Stick Slider is the same.

In 20-21
Look at the inside of the slamon ladder.
You can see the nothces going diagonally like this " / "
In the 20 one the last 2 are pretty far apart. in the 21 picture, the last 2 are just a few inches down.
Not a huge difference by any means, but then again this thread is titled "Subtle Changes".
