Yeah, that too. Just I'm not entirely sure what's wrong with him tot the extent that he can almost never compete. But yes, he can be added to the list too. It would seem that, out of the All-Stars, only Takeda and Nagano are healthy. A huge shame. Takeda is(probably) healthier than Nagano beacuse Nagano smokes! Yeah but Takeda might to... considering over half of japan adult males do. Even though nagano smokes... Takeda freaking downs beer like nothing.

I can remember reading somewhere that akiyama is he only one who doesn't smoke. Not sure if it's true or not but it could of been a (yet another) google translate error

Not from America, but I get what you mean. Nonetheless, smoking really affects your health and fitness, and having smokers as some of the best competitors makes me feel that my efforts are somewhat wasted.

Well keep in mind Nagano is on a boat all day every day so he's got plenty of free time to train. lol

This makes me think---what would Nagano be like if he DIDN'T smoke?

I dunno how many of them smoke. Nagano and Takeda are the only ones I've seen smoke. I would guess that Shingo either doesn't smoke or he only smokes occasionally. With Nagano and Takeda you can tell they smoke because of their teeth, although Nagano seems to have gotten his fixed. Shingo's teeth are white, they don't show signs of him smoking, at least not that I've noticed. He may smoke some, but I'd guess that he doesn't chain smoke like Nagano and Takeda do.

It's usually a lot more casual how much they smoke in Japan. But yeah, Nagano's a chain smoker

Smoking endangers our health and pollutes our air. And according to a recent study, air is good.

Well, as long as it's not too much smoking then we should be okay.
